摘要
文章探讨了产业技术情报分析依据的理论基础及相关关系,包括产业链理论、技术竞争情报理论以及产业竞争情报理论。认为产业技术情报分析应基于产业链理论,围绕产业共性技术和产业关键技术,并考虑科研、市场和政策因素构建分析框架。以吉林省非粮生物质产业发展为例,探讨了面向区域产业战略决策的产业技术情报分析框架与方法,为类似的需求提供参考。
This paper discusses the related theories and correlation of the basis of industry technical intelligence analysis, in- cluding industry chain theory, competitive technical intelligence theory and competitive industry intelligence theory. The paper be- lieves that industry technical intelligence analysis based on the industry chain theory needs to concentrate on the industrial genetic technology and industry key technology, and construct the analysis framework based on the factors of scientific research, market and policy. Taking the development of non-food biomass industry in Jilin Province as an example, the paper discusses the framework and methods of industry technical intelligence analysis for regional industrial strategic decisions, which can provide reference for simi｜ar information needs.
