摘要
运用文献资料法和统计学分析,对《中国专利全文数据库(知网版)》收录的1985—2016年体育专利信息文献进行分析,通过对我国体育专利的发展态势与区域分布进行研究,进而了解我国体育专利发展的整体概况,为我国体育专利的创新发展和政策制定提供依据。结果显示:1)1985—2016我国体育专利申请量呈多项式函数增长趋势,我国体育专利技术成长率(V)呈上升趋势,技术成熟系数(A)呈波浪式上升,新技术特征系数(N)起伏变化大、特征性不断增强,技术衰老系数(B)呈现下滑趋势,整体呈稳定发展的良好态势。2)我国体育专利区域分布不均衡,"东强西弱、南强北弱",优势区域集中在东南沿海和经济发达城市。体育专利项目分布很不均衡,研究方向主要集中在体育锻炼、体操、
This study analyzed the sports patent literatures from 1985 to 2016 in the Patent Database of CNKI by the methods of literature review and statistics. Analyzing the development trend and regional distribution of sports patents in China can help us to know its development situation and can provide references for cultivation development and policy making. Results： 1） The growth trend of number of sports patent applications in China is a polynomial function from 1985 to 2016. The sports patent technology growth rate（ V） shows an upward trend,and the technology maturity coefficient（ A） rises in waves,the new technology characteristics coefficient（ N） changes a lot and its features are obvious,the technology aging coefficient（ B） shows a downward trend,and the overall development shows a good trend. 2） The regional distribution of sports patent is not balanced,it shows ＂strong East and weak West,strong South and weak North＂; the dominant areas concentrate in the southeast coastal cities and economically developed cities. The project distribution of sports patent is not balanced,the researches focus on physical exercise,gymnastics,swimming,hiking,fencing apparatus,balls and training instruments; gyroscopes,dolls,roll hoop,block; card,chessboard,using a small moving object in indoor games and other aspects.
