摘要
线结构光视觉传感器能实现高精度测量的前提在于精确地获得线结构光平面参数以及摄像机参数.本文在基于平面棋盘格的线结构光平面、摄像机外参数一体标定方法上,利用误差正态分布理论提出阈值去噪方法排除影响标定模型的数据点,以保证标定模型的正确性,提高标定精度.最后通过标准球测量对比实验,验证了该方法能减少图像信息采集误差,提高标定精度.
The line structured light plane parameters and the camera parameters are the most important thing to achieve high -accuracy measurement and line structured light vision sensor. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, threshold denoising method was used in the line structured light sensor parameters calibration. The data, which would influence the accuracy of calibration, can be detected by threshold denoising method. The data which was used to the right calibration model can be kept down. The standard ball measurement contrast experiment was carried out and the result showed that the method reduced image information error and improved the efficiency and the accuracy of calibration.
