摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:开始实施优质护理服务后,以实施前后1年分别设为对照组和观察组,比较两组患者出院前SDS评分(抑郁自评量表)、SAS(焦虑自评量表)评分及临床护理满意度等。结果:观察组患者出院前SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务用于急诊危重患者抢救可有效缓解负面情绪,提高护理服务质量及满意度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the application effects of high quality nursing service on critically ill patients rescue in emergency department.Methods:high quality nursing service on critically ill patients rescue in emergency department before and after implementation in i year were separately defined as control group and observation group; and the SDS score (self rating Depression Scale) and SAS (self rating Anxiety Scale) score before discharge and clinical nursing satisfaction of both groups were compared.Results:The SDS score and SAS score before discharge of observation group was significant better than control group ( P〈0.05 ) .The clinical nursing satisfaction of observation group was significant better than control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion:High quality nursing service on critically ill patients rescue in emergency department can efficiently alleviate the negative emotions,and elevate the quality of nursing service and satisfaction.
