摘要
在PX装置重整油分馏塔和脱庚烷塔的塔顶应用激光焊接板式换热器,分别与脱盐水和除氧水换热,回收塔顶气的冷凝潜热。加热后的脱盐水进热工除氧器,可以节约除氧器的蒸汽用量,加热后的除氧水可以多发低压蒸汽。本文为PX装置低温热回收利用开启了新的途径,并为老装置改造提供了可行的工程解决方案。
For recovering the latent heat of condensation of top gas in PX unit , top gas of CCR oil fractionator exchanged heat with desalination water , and top gas of heptane off column exchanged heat with deoxygenated water by applying laser welded plate heat exchanger , respectively.The heated desalination water entered into the low pressure deaerator , which can reduce the steam consumption of deaerator .Besides , the heated deoxygenated water can be utilized to produce more low pressure steam .A new way to recover and utilize low temperature heat in PX unit was carried out and a viable engineering solution in revamping of old units was provided .
