摘要
对二甲苯是一种合成纤维和塑料的重要原料,随着PX产能的增加。寻求清洁,高效的生产工艺成为了国内外研究的热点。本文介绍了对二甲苯的性质、用途和生产工艺,分析了这些工艺的现状和优缺点。通过分析发现,采用甲醇甲苯烷基化法生产对二甲苯具有转化率高、成本低、污染小等优点,该工艺路线具有很好的应用前景,是对二甲苯生产工艺未来发展的新方向。
PX is a kind of important raw material of synthetic fiber and plastic,with the increase of PX capacity. For clean,efficient production technology has become the focus of research at home and abroad. The nature of xylene,uses and production process were introduced,present situation and the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies were analyzed. The analysis found that methanol toluene alkylation method was used to produce paraxylene with the advantages of high conversion rate,low cost and low pollution. This technology had good application prospect,was the best way to industrialization and thinking in the future,was a new direction for future production technology development of xylene.
