摘要
对某芳烃装置异构化单元冷高分技术改造为热高分技术进行方案研究,运用Aspen Plus软件进行流程模拟,从循环氢组成、设备负荷、物料消耗、能量消耗和技术经济等方面对2种方案进行综合分析。结果表明:在该装置现有运行基础上采用热高分技术改造后,需增加补充氢量和驰放氢量来维持循环氢纯度。综合比较数据,采用热高分技术虽然可以降低装置能耗,但如果无法回收驰放氢里的氢气,装置效益降低。
The revampment scheme from cold high-pressure separation process to hot high-pressure separation process is analyzed in the isomerization unit of aromatics complex.Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the process,and and the two schemes are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of circulating hydrogen composition,equipment load,material consumption,energy consumption and technical economy.Based on the existing operation conditions,The results show that the amount of supplemental hydrogen and the amount of release hydrogen need to be increased to maintain the purity of circulating hydrogen by adopting the revampment.Comparing the data comprehensively,although the hot high-pressure separation process can reduce the energy consumption of the unit,profit of the unit will be decreased if the hydrogen discharge couldn't be recovered.
