摘要
[目的]纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66复合材料具有良好的生物相容性、生物力学性能和成骨作用,成为近年来骨组织修复材料领域中发展的重点方向。在脊柱外科,纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66复合材料的研究和应用主要集中在椎间融合器、椎体支撑体和人工椎板等,取得了满意的临床治疗效果,为脊柱疾病手术治疗中所需的内置物材料提供了一种新的选择。本文主要就纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66复合材料的基础实验研究和在脊柱修复重建中的临床应用进展做简要综述。
[ Objective] Nano hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 composite has good biocompatibility, biomechanical properties and osteogenesis,which has become the focus of bone tissue repairing in recent years. In spinal surgery,the research and appli- cation of nano - hydroxyapatite/po!yamide 66 composite mainly focus on cage, artificial vertebral body and lamina, and have ob- tained satisfactory clinical effects. As an implantation material, the composite provides a new choice for the treatment of spinal disease. In this paper, the basic medical research and clinical application of nano hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 composite were reviewed.
