摘要
目的:分析瑞柯恩钬激光电切与常规电切治疗对非浸润性膀胱癌恶性程度、免疫功能的影响。方法:96例非浸润性膀胱癌患者纳入研究,分为接受瑞柯恩钬激光电切治疗的观察组46例,接受常规电切治疗的对照组50例,对比两组术后病情相关指标、血清黏附分子水平、尿沉渣miRNA、免疫功能相关指标差异。结果:观察组治疗后血清DKK-3、内皮抑素(endostatin)值高于对照组,癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)、DKK-1、可溶性FasL(sFasL)值低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清细胞黏附分子(CD44v6)、E-钙黏素(E-cadherin)、肝细胞黏附分子(hepaCAM)值高于对照组,上皮特异性黏附分子(EpCAM)、可溶性血管黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)值低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后尿沉渣miR-129、miR-125b、miR-720、miR-191、miR-107表达量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+值均高于对照组,CD8+值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非浸润性膀胱癌患者接受瑞柯恩钬激光电切治疗,可以显著降低肿瘤恶性程度并提升机体免疫功能,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective：To analyze the effect of Raykeen holmium laser electric resection and conventional electric resection on the malignant degree and immune function of non-invasive bladder cancer.Methods：A total of 96 cases of patients with non-invasive bladder cancer were included for study and divided into observation group with 46 cases who received Raykeen holmium laser electric resection treatment and control group with 50 cases who received conventional electric resection treatment.Differences in postoperative illness-related indexes,serum adhesion molecule levels,urinary sediment miRNA and immune function-related indexes were compared between two groups.Results：Serum DKK-3and Endostatin values of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group while CIP2 A,DKK-1and sFasL values were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）;serum CD44v6,E-cadherin and hepaCAM values of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group while EpCAM,sVCAM-1and sICAM-1values were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）;urinary sediment miR-129,miR-125 b,miR-720,miR-191 and miR-107 expression levels of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）;serum IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4,CD4＋and CD4＋/CD8＋values of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group while CD8＋value was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Raykeen holmium laser electric resection treatment of patients with non-invasive bladder cancer can effectively reduce the malignant degree of tumor and improve body’s immune function,and it has positive clinical significance.
