摘要
汽车维修行业的质量管理方面出现质量管理意识薄弱、管理制度落实不到位、监管力度弱、人员素质低等一系列问题。本研究对影响汽车维修质量的因素进行全面的分析,对于当前汽车维修领域存有的问题实施了全面分析,提出解决方法。
With the rapid increase of car ownership in China, automobile repair industry ushered in the golden period of development, but the whole quality of automobile service industry management in quality management consciousness weak, insufficient management system implementation, weak regulation, low personnel quality, a series of problems.
