摘要
针对汽车维修服务方面让顾客满意度下降的问题,作了充分的阐述,并分析了其中的深层次原因,认为汽车维修服务行业有责任为汽车行业的发展做出贡献。
As an advanced means of transportation, the automobile, has become increasingly pro-gaze by consumers, but as a consumer, automotive maintenance is always that they can not stand things, car maintenance services, in many casesappearwill make customer satisfaction has declined.
