摘要
企业大学是企业为技术技能的积累和推广应用而建立的创新联合体,国内外一些行业的标杆企业借助企业大学实现了技术技能的积累,并快速高效地实现了新技术技能在整个企业的扩散和应用。目前企业大学呈现出技术技能积累与扩散模型、技术技能积累的总体框架和"个人、组织、社会"三层次技术技能积累途径模式。对标企业大学的技术技能积累模型,职业院校要真正成为技术技能积累的重要载体,必须校企协同,准定位、优体系、强能力,创新技术技能积累的方法和模式。
The corporate university is an innovative association established by enterprises for accumulation,popularization and application of technical skills. Domestic and foreign bench-marking enterprises implement the accumulation of technical skills through corporate universities, and efficiently accomplish the popularization and application of the technical skills internally. This paper presents the accumulation and popularization mode based on corporate university, the framework of technical skills accumulation, and the three-levels（individuals,organizations, society） methods for technical skills accumulation. Bench-marking corporate university, vocational colleges should become the important carrier of technical skills accumulation. Simultaneously, the vocational colleges should strengthen the cooperation of college-enterprise, fix the position accurately, optimize the system and ability, and innovate the accumulation methods and modes.
