摘要
开展卓越教师计划是提升教师质量的重要举措,但目前的职前教师教育存在课程设置主观化、教学过程理论化、培养模式单一化等不足。可以根据本科和教育硕士的培养特点,从模块化培养、以研促教和多元化评价这3个方面构建本科和教育硕士一体化的卓越教师模式。
Excellent teachers training, an important measure to improve faculty quality,confronts new challengesof subjective curriculum design, theoretical teaching process, and single training mode in preschool teachers education. This article focuses on the exploration of top teachers training mode in the perspectives of modular cultivation, research-driven instruction and pluralistic evaluation to integrate the undergraduate and professional postgraduate education.
