摘要
目的:考察细辛凝胶剂中甲基丁香酚与马兜铃酸A的经皮吸收特性。方法:以SD大鼠腹部离体皮肤为渗透屏障,应用Franz扩散池进行离体经皮吸收实验,高效液相色谱法测定甲基丁香酚与马兜铃酸A的含量。结果:本实验方法下得出甲基丁香酚的时间-累积透过量方程为:Q=0.029 4t-0.008 9,相关系数r为0.990 7,稳态渗透速率J为0.029 4 mg/cm^2/h。细辛凝胶剂接受液中未检测出马兜铃酸A。结论:初步阐述甲基丁香酚的经皮吸收特性与马兜铃酸A的经皮含量,为细辛凝胶剂多组分经皮吸收规律研究奠定基础。
Objective: To make a study of the characteristic of percutaneous absorption of methyl eugenol and aristolochic acid A from asarum gels. Methods: We used skin in vitro of SD rats as permeability barrier and carried on a permeation experiment with Franz permeability cell. We determined the contents of methyl eugenol and aristolochic acid A by HPLC method. Results: Under this experimental method,the equation of the methyl eugenol time- the amount of accumulation was as follows: Q = 0. 029 4t- 0. 008 9; correlation coefficient r = 0. 990 7; steady- state penetration rate J = 0. 0294 mg/cm^2/h. We did not detect the aristolochic acid A from accept liquid of asarum gels. Conclusion: This experiment obtained the characteristic of percutaneous obsorption methyl eugenol and percutaneous content of aristolochic acid A,meanwhile providing the base for subsequent asarum gels multicomponent percutaneous absorption research.
