摘要
近年来由于中药的广泛应用,有关中药引起肾损害的报道屡见报端,为了保证中药能够安全有效地使用,必须认清中药和肾损害的关系。随着中药药理学和毒理学的深入研究,人们可以借助现代科学手段对中药的毒性进行深入研究。本文主要从中药导致肾损害的发病机制研究、临床表现与监测指标、产生原因、预防措施等方面做一综述。
In recent years, due to the wide application of traditional Chinese medicine, kidney damage caused by traditional Chinese Medicine reports frequently appear in newspapers, in order to better the development of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine to ensure the safe and effective use of traditional Chinese medicine, we must recognize and renal damage. With the in - depth study of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology and toxicology, people was studied by means of modem science on toxicity of Chinese medicine, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation and study of monitoring indicators, causes, preventive measures, this paper mainly cause kidney damage from traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed.
