布尔台矿区42102工作面大采高改综放开采矿压显现分析 被引量:8

Strata Behavior Analysis on 42102 Working Face in Buertai Mining Area Mined by Fully Mechanized Top-coal Caving Mining Method Replacing Large Height Mining Method

摘要 针对布尔台矿区原42102大采高综采工作面矿压显现强烈,煤壁片帮深度大,工作面液压支架前漏矸、漏顶严重等问题,采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法,对比分析了42102工作面在综放开采和大采高综采两种开采模式下的矿压显现规律,结果表明:综放开采可以有效降低煤壁片帮,并且采高越小,煤壁片帮值越小,采高3.5 m综放开采的煤壁片帮量仅为采高5 m大采高综采的65%左右,且顶板下沉量仅为综采的20%~30%。在42102工作面改为综放开采后,经现场实测:综放工作面煤壁片帮程度较大采高综采减小了50%,未出现漏矸、漏顶和冒顶现象,工作面支架工作状态良好,控顶效果良好。 The 42102 working face in Buertai mining area,which was originally mined by fully mechanized mining with large mining height,had strong strata behavior,deep rib spalling,and severe gangue leakage and roof leakage before hydraulic supports. According to these problems,FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation was put forward to compare and analyze the strata behaviors under fully mechanized top-coal caving mining method and fully mechanized mining with large mining height. The results showed that the rib spalling could be effectively reduced by fully mechanized top-coal caving mining method,and the smaller the mining height was,the smaller the rib spalling value would be. The rib spalling value of fully mechanized top-coal caving mining with mining height of 3. 5 m equaled to about 65% of fully mechanized mining with large mining height of 5 m. Meanwhile,the roof subsidence of top coal caving method was only 20% ~ 30%of that in original method. After the mining method changed in42102 working face,the field measurements showed that the rib spalling of fully mechanized top-coal caving mining reduced by50% compared with original mining. The gangue leakage,roof leakage and roof falling didn't appear anymore,in other words,the support had been in good working condition,and the roof can well be controlled.
