摘要
激光触发真空开关(LTVS)和电气触发真空开关(ETVS)的关键区别是触发方式不同,由于LTVS采用激光照射目标材料产生初始等离子体的方式,不同的目标材料对LTVS的触发特性产生不同的影响。使用3种激光波长(1 064 nm、532 nm和266 nm)测试目标材料的触发特性,总体上导通时延随着激光能量的增加而减少。
The key difference of the laser triggered vacuum switch( LTVS) and the electrical triggered vacuum switch( ETVS) is the different triggering way. Because the initial plasma is generated by using the laser to irradiate the target material within the LTVS, different target materials may have different impacts on the triggered characteristics of the LTVS. Three laser wavelengths,i. e. 1064 nm,532 nm and 266 nm,are used to test the triggered characteristics of the target materials. On the whole,the conduction time delay is decreased with the increase of the laser energy.
