摘要 我国雷电参数十分匮乏,传统的雷电参数不能全面地反映全国各个区域的雷电活动特征,但电网雷电监测网(CGLDN)长期积累的海量雷电监测数据已成为雷电参数统计的基础资料。为了正确统计基于雷电定位系统测量数据的雷电参数,在介绍和分析了雷电监测资料的基础上,提出了雷电监测资料统计样本库的概念和处理方法;提出了适用于基于现代雷电自动监测资料的雷电日、地闪密度、地面落雷密度、地闪频数的网格统计法;提出了与传统气象资料的比对研究的方法和条件,推荐了适用于雷电流幅值分布的数学表达式。建立一个科学、规范的分析和统计方法,对我国已经展开的大规模雷电参数及其分布的统计研究具有重要意义。 The Lightning Parameters are very scarce in China now, and traditional lightning parameters can not fully reflect lightning activities in various regions. The longtime massive detection data gained by advanced China Grid Lightning Detection Network (CGLDN) have become the basic data in statistic of lightning parameters. To get correct lightning parameters based on lightning location system, a concept of statistical sampling database is presented, as well as the reasonable and acquisitive method for building the database is given after introducing and analyzing the great deal of detection data. The paper presents the grid method for statistic and analysis of some representative lightning parameters, such as thunderstorm day, flash density, 7, and so on, on the basis of the modern lightning detection data. However, the methods and conditions are compared with those in traditional meteorological data. A proper expression for cumulative probability distribution of cloud-ground flashes current amplitude is recommended. It is of very importance and significance to get a scientific, canonical statistical and analytical method, especially for study of comprehensive lightning parameters characteristic and its distribution rule.
