摘要
目的通过问卷调查及药店调研,分析《非处方药的临床应用》课程的必要性及教学改革的重点。方法 2015年6~12月,对北京中医药大学2013级在校生进行课程教学改革问卷调查,主要包括学生的课程满意度、需求的课程知识等;对北京中医药大学东校区周边药店进行调研,主要包括非处方药销售情况、店员指导患者用药情况等。结果问卷调查表明80%以上学生对课程充满兴趣且对内容满意,95%的学生最期望通过课程学习实用性知识;调研分析表明非处方药在实际中应用广泛,相关知识不可或缺。结论《非处方药的临床应用》课程必要且课程改革的重点在于增加实用性知识。
Objective To analyze the necessity and key point of teaching reform of Clinical application of nonprescription drugsthrough questionnaires and pharmacy researches. Methods Teaching reform questionnaires which included course satisfaction and demand of curriculum knowledge were carried out by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine students of grade 2013;and research reports which included non-prescription drug sales and medication directions were carried out by the surrounding pharmacies of school during June to December 2015. Results It was showed that more than 80% of students on the course was full of interest and satisfied with the content as well as 95% of the students expected practical knowledge through the questionnaires;andit was showed that non-prescription drugs were widely used and the related knowledge was indispensable through the research reports. Conclusion Clinical application of non-prescription drugsis necessary and the key point of the reform is to increase the practicability of knowledge.
