摘要
随着中国高等教育改革迅猛推进,高等教育大众化进程加快。高校毕业生数量迅速增加,大学生就业难越来越突出。主要从构建大学生就业工作体系的基本理念和如何构建就业指导体系进行论述,提出如何构建符合新形势的大学生就业指导工作体系。
As the rapid development of high education,the popularization of the higher education are developing faster.The number of colleges graduates is increasing speedily.The employment problem is more and more obvious.The article discusses topics about the basic concept of establishing a new employment system of college students,and the way to establish an employment guiding system.The article also provides some methods of establishing an employment guiding system according to the new situation for the college graduates.
