摘要
基于成人学习的特点,梳理成人学习策略的有关文献,应用自行研制的成人学习策略调查问卷,通过对732名MBA学生的调查,对成人学习策略的结构维度进行了探讨。探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的结果表明,成人学习策略是由四个具体的策略维度,即自我导向、知识转化、人际互动和探索实践构成。本研究的成人学习策略结构丰富了成人学习的研究内容,研究量表可以作为测量成人学习策略的有效工具,用于评估成人学习能力水平。
Based on the features of adult learning, the paper makes a literature review on adult learning. A sample size of 732 interviewees from MBA program were investigated with an independently-designed the questionnaire on Adult Learning Strategy. The study examines the structure dimensions of Adult Learning Strategy.It is concluded from Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA)and Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA)that Adult Learning Strategy is consisted of four types of concrete learning behavior——self-direction, knowledge transformation interpersonal interaction and exploratory practice. The study on the structure of Adult Learning Strategy enriches the framework of adult learning, moreover, the inventory could be served as an effective tool to measure the Adult Learning Strategy and evaluate the competence of adult learning.
