抗菌药物泰地唑胺的构效关系及合成研究进展 被引量:6

Progress in studies of tedizolid synthesis and structure-activity relationship

摘要 泰地唑胺是2014年于美国上市的第2代唑烷酮类抗菌药物具有良好的抗革兰氏阳性菌作用。本文对其结构特征、构效关系、作用机制、体外抗菌活性及化学合成方法进行来了全面的综述。 Tedizolid as the second generation of oxazolidinones has been approved by the U. S Food and Drug Administration in 2014,which has good activity against Gram-positive bacteria. In this paper,the structural characteristics,structure-activity relationships,mechanism of action,in vitro antimicrobial activity,and chemical synthesis methods of tedizolid were reviewed.
