大庆油田内源微生物驱油矿场试验效果 被引量:8

FIELD TEST EFFECTS OF THE ENDOGENOUS MICROBIAL FLOODING IN DAQING OILFIELD

摘要 为了评价内源微生物采油矿场试验效果,分析了大庆油田内源微生物驱油前后油水界面张力、采出液水质生化指标、细菌群落结构和采油量的变化。结果表明:注入营养剂后油水界面张力降低25%,采出液中产生了一定量的乙酸、乳酸等低分子有机酸;营养剂激活后微生物群落结构趋于简单化,激活后主要优势菌群为弓形杆菌属、陶厄氏菌属、不动杆菌属和梭菌属;注入营养剂后试验区块平均日产液量由456 t增加到528 t,平均日产油量由15.2 t增加到28.5 t。矿场试验注入的营养剂定向激活了有益功能菌,达到提高原油采收率的目的。 In order to evaluate the field test effects of the endogenous microbial flooding in Daqing Oilfield,the oilwater interfacial tension,biochemical indexes of the produced water,bacterial community structures and oil productions before and after the activation are analyzed. The results show that the oil-water interfacial tension is reduced by 25% after the injection of nutrients,some acetic acid,lactic acid and other low-molecule organic acids are produced; after the activation of the nutrients,the bacterial community structures are simple and the dominant bacteria are Arcobacter sp.,Acinetobacter sp.,Thauera sp. and Clostridium sp.; the average daily liquid production of the block is increased from 456 t to 528 t,and the daily oil production increased from 15. 2 t to 28. 5 t. The nutrients injected in the field test have activated the beneficial bacteria and furthermore have realized the purpose of enhancing the oil recovery.
