摘要
对沈阳地铁1号线列车的车钩缓冲装置在不同速度工况下发生冲击碰撞时各参数变化情况进行研究。首先叙述该车钩缓冲装置的配置及参数要求,其次论述多体系统动力学相关原理并建立其碰撞时的数学模型,最后通过SIMPACK软件建立模型进行动力学仿真计算,得出最大车钩力、缓冲器行程、可压溃管行程等参数的数值并验证其合理性。
The paper makes research on the variation of each parameter of train coupler buffer on Shenyang metro line 1 in different speed conditions occur impact, and it describes the configuration and parameters of the coupler buffer, and then discusses the multi-body system dynamics theory and the establishment of the collision of the mathematical model. In the final part, the paper uses SIMPACK software model dynamics simulation and obtains the maximum values of coupler force and stroke of buffers, crushing tube stroke as well as its validity as verified.
