摘要
目的:探讨牙周保健认知水平与糖尿病患者血糖代谢的关系。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年1月于我院就诊的糖尿病患者共65例,检查牙周、血糖代谢等情况,进行回顾性分析。结果:糖尿病与牙周疾病与之间不仅仅存在生物学关联,而且患者牙周保健知识水平、平口腔卫生行为等都会对牙周疾病程度造成直接影响,而牙周疾病程度越重,糖尿病患者的血糖代谢水平就越低。结论:牙周炎疾病程度与患者血糖代谢存在直接关联,而患者认知水平和口腔卫生行为水平起到协同作用,值得关注和加强健康教育。
Objective:To explore the relationship between cognitive level of periodontal health care and blood glucose metabolism in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:From January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital,65 cases of patients with diabetes,examination of periodontal.blood glucose metabolism and so on,a retrospective analysis.Results:The relationship between diabetes and periodontal disease is not only related to biological.but also the level of periodontal disease and oral hygiene behavior,and the degree of periodontal disease is more serious,and the lower the level of blood glucose metabolism in patients with diabetes.Conclusion:The level of blood glucose metabolism in patients with periodontitis and there is a direct correlation,but the level of cognitive level and oral health behavior of patients has a synergistic effect,is worth paying attention to and strengthening health education.
