摘要
调研北京地区部分军队三级甲等医院科研物资管理现状,发现科研物资管理存在的问题,并结合工作实践,提出解决问题的方法。建立专门的科研物资采购委员会,实行科研物资集中采购的管理模式。
From research that some of top-class Military Hospitals in Beijing region with their status of scientific research materials management,find out the existing problems in the scientific research materials management,and combined with the working practice,putting forward the methods to solve the problems. Establishspecialprocurement committee,implementing scientific research materials centralized purchasing management mode.
