摘要
我院从2004年推行"一五五"物资管理模式以来,通过进行物资采购审计,把审计关口前移,对物资采购的计划、招投标、签订合同、结算付款等全过程进行监督,物资采购审计工作贯穿于物资采购活动的始终,促进了医院降低成本、提高效益,促进了医院廉政建设,取得了较好效果。
Since the "155" material management mode was promoted in our hospital in 2004, by conducting material procurement audit at earlier stage and supervising the whole process of the planning, bidding, contract signing and settlement of material procurement, we have successfully helped the hospital to reduce costs and increase benefit and with its building of an incorruptible hospital.
