摘要
IgA肾病多有咽炎、肠炎等系列黏膜反应,中医辨证多属于热、毒、瘀证范畴,米杰以补肾健脾、清热解毒、活血化瘀为原则,辨证施治,药石并用,同时结合西医疗法,收效颇著。
IgA nephropathy usually shows pharyngitis,enteritis and other mucosa reactions. According to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,this disease is of heat,toxin and blood stasis. According to the principle of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen,clearing heat and removing toxin,activating blood circulation and resolving stasis,MI Jie applied the treatment based on syndrome differentiation with combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The therapeutic effect was satisfactory.
