摘要
高密度城市空间发展方式具有节约资源、提高土地经济效益的特征,往往成为城市发展的必然选择。然而,伴随城市高密度的发展,城市空间形态容易出现空间布局混乱、城市景观杂乱和环境质量下降等问题。文章在高密度城市研究的基础上提出了"传承人文特色—人性化空间环境—紧凑开发—高效联系"的空间设计策略,并以广州国际金融城起步区实施方案为例,从传承城市人文特色、塑造人性化空间环境、构建紧凑复合城市和打造高效运行网络等方面展开策略探讨,以期为高密度城市的可持续发展提供经验借鉴。
High density development saves spatial resource and improves land economy. It is a common choice of urban development. However, high density is usually accompanied with disordered spatial layout and declined landscaping. The paper puts forwards ＂humanitarian character heritance-human space-compact development-high efficient connection＂ strategy. In Guangzhou international financial city case, the paper studies the strategies of city culture heritance, high quality space creation, compact city development, and high efficient network, to achieve sustainable high density urban development.
