摘要
如今高等职业教育的规模迅猛扩张,诸多深层次的问题凸显,尤其是高职在校学生学习主观能动性不足,放松自我要求,实践与理论学习比例拿捏不准等问题在相当大程度上影响着整体高职教育的培养质量。本文试图借鉴现代学习动机理论,运用实证分析方法解读工业设计专业的高职学生在实训学习中呈现的动机及原因分析。从高职学生应清晰自我定位,摆脱世俗观念;高职院校应完善职业生涯教育,引导学生端正就业观,规划好职业生涯;实训提高学生专业技能能力,增强自我认同感,提升就业成功率几方面入手塑造高职学生正确实训学习动机,以寻求促进高职学生的学习积极性和主动性、改善学习方法、提高学习兴趣的方法,解决高职学生学习动力不足所带来的学习困境,实现高职教育在规模扩张的同时,高职教育质量的提升。
Nowadays, with the rapid expansion of the scale in the higher vocational education, many deep-seated problems are beginning to highlight, especially that students in the vocational colleges lack of subjective initiative about their learning, relax themselves,can not handle the proportion of theory and practice study well and other issues, which in a considerable degree affect the whole training quality of higher vocational education. This paper attempts to draw on the theory of modern learning motivation, using empirical analysis method to interpret the motivation and reason analysis of vocational college students of industrial design major in the training study. From several aspects that students in higher vocational colleges should have a clear self-identity and get rid of the secular ideas; higher vocational colleges should improve career education and guide students to form a correct concept of employment and have a good career planning;training should improve students' professional skills, enhance the sense of identity, and promote employment success rate, higher vocational students' correct training learning motivation has been shaped in order to find ways of promoting higher vocational college students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, improving learning methods and learning interests, to solve the problem of higher vocational school students' learning difficulties caused by the lack of learning motivation, and to achieve the expansion of the scale of higher vocational education and the quality promotion at the same time.
