摘要
目的探讨维生素K1联合硫酸镁治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 96例毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例),对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用维生素K_1和硫酸镁治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果以及体征消失时间、住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率及体征消失时间、住院时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对毛细支气管炎的治疗中,采取维生素K_1联合硫酸镁治疗效果显著,可明显减少患儿体征消失时间,缩短住院时间。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by vitamin K_1 combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of capillary bronchitis. Methods A total of 96 children with capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into control group（48 cases） and observation group（48 cases）. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received additional vitamin K_1 and magnesium sulfate for treatment. Comparison was made on curative effect, vital sign disappear time and hospital stay time between the two groups. Results The observation group had all better total effective rate, vital sign disappear time and hospital stay time than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of vitamin K_1 combined with magnesium sulfate shows precise effect in treating capillary bronchitis, along with shortened vital sign disappear time and hospital stay time.
