摘要
目的:应用变应性鼻炎患者生活质量量表评估,评价该疗法对肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎患者治疗前后生活质量的影响。方法:对符合条件的30例患者采用隔姜灸联合益气脱敏汤治疗,10d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,比较患者治疗前后生活质量改善情况。结果:患者生活质量量表总分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗前后局部症状积分有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗前后全身症状有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗前后肺气虚寒症状有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:该治疗方法能明显提高变应性鼻炎患者生活质量,患者局部症状、全身症状及肺气虚寒症状均有所改善。
Objective According to the scale evaluation of quality life of patients with allergic rhinitis, to evaluate efficacy of qualitylife of patients with allergic rhinitis by the therapy. Methods： 30 patients were treated by moxibustion and the Yiqi Tuomin decoction, andgiven 2 courses （10 days as 1 course）. Quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis were compared. Results： The quality of life of patientswith allergic rhinitis scores were compared, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The local symptom score, systemicsymptom and the Feiqi Xuhan symptom have showed significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： By the therapy, the quality of life ofpatients with allergic rhinitis was significantly improved, and the local symptom score, systemic symptom and the Feiqi Xuhan symptomwere improved too.
