摘要
目的 研究中药封包联合隔姜灸治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾衰竭的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2020年9月至2021年9月江西省九江市中医医院肾病科的慢性肾衰竭住院患者共93例作为研究对象。受试者经中医辨证均为脾肾气虚型。按照外治方法不同分成中药封包组42例、隔姜灸组17例和联合治疗组34例。各组患者均给予优质低蛋白、高钙饮食,纠正水电解质紊乱,控制血压,纠正贫血,控制血糖等西医常规治疗,然后分别予以中药封包、隔姜灸、中药封包联合隔姜灸治疗。统计分析各组治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况、总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果 与其他2组比较,联合治疗组患者中医证候积分下降最为明显,总有效率最高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者均未出现不良反应。结论 中药封包联合隔姜灸可显著缓解脾肾气虚型慢性肾衰竭患者的临床症状,改善其生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) capsules combined with ginger-partitioned moxibustion in the treatment of chronic renal failure with spleenkidney deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 93 patients with chronic renal failure in the Department of Nephrology of Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The subjects were all of spleen-kidney deficiency syndrometype according to TCM syndrome differentiation.According to the different external treatment methods,the subjects were divided into the TCM capsules group(42 cases),the ginger-partitioned moxibustion group(17 cases) and the combined treatment group(34 cases).All patients in each group were given the high-quality low-protein,high-calcium diet,correction of water and electrolyte imbalance,control of blood pressure,correction of anemia,control of blood sugar and other conventional western medicine treatments.TCM capsules,ginger-separated moxibustion,TCM capsules combined with ginger-separated moxibustion were given respectively.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions in each group before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the other two groups,the TCM syndrome scores of the combined treatment group decreased most obviously,and the total effective rate was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion TCM capsules combined with ginger-partitioned moxibustion can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure patients with spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome and improve their quality of life.
