摘要
通过构建PVAR模型,研究了我国城镇化进程与农业经济增长的互动关系及其区域效应。研究表明:我国的城镇化与农业经济增长在全国所有区域都存在长期的协整关系。进一步分析发现虽然农业经济增长对城镇化的影响在三大区域都体现为正效应,但是城镇化对农业经济增长的影响却存在着显著的区域效应:在次发达地区,城镇化显著促进农业经济增长;而在发达及不发达地区,城镇化却不同程度地抑制农业经济增长。最后,提出要根据区域经济发展水平的差异因地制宜地制定相应的城镇化政策来促进城镇化与农业经济增长的良性互动。
Based on the PVAR model,the paper analyzes the dynamic relationship and regional heterogeneity between urbanization and agricultural economic growth.The study shows that there is a long-term cointegration between China's urbanization and agricultural growth in the whole country.Further analysis reveals the impact of agricultural growth on urbanization is positive in three main regions,but there are significant regional differences about the impact of urbanization on agricultural growth.In less developed areas,urbanization significantly promotes economic growth in agriculture.In developed and underdeveloped areas,urbanization hinders economic growth of agriculture in different degrees.Finally,we propose that measures should be taken to formulate differentiated urbanization policy in accordance with the level of regional economic development to achieve benign interaction between agricultural growth and urbanization.
