摘要
聚酰亚胺具有很多优异的性能,如良好的耐热性和耐腐蚀性、优良的电学性能和机械性能,近些年来已被广泛用于军事工业、机械工业、电子通信、薄膜包装等领域。通过引入有机硅到聚酰亚胺结构中,可以改善聚酰亚胺的许多性能以满足实际的使用需求,如透气性增加、自身黏结性增加、介电常数降低等。综述了有机硅聚酰亚胺的研究进展及其应用领域。
In recent years, the polyimide has already been widely used in the fields of military-industrial,mechanical industry, electronic communication,skin packing and so on, for carrying so many excellent properties, such as excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, superior electrical and mechanical properties. It can improve the properties of polyimide and meet the requirements of application through the introduction of organic silicon into the structure of polyimide, such as increasing gas permeability, bondability and reducing dielectric constant. The research progress and application fields of organic silicon polyimide were reviewed in this paper.
