摘要
当电网系统因故障停运后,通过恰当的黑启动方式可以在短时间内实现该电网系统的恢复。柴油发电机组常被选为燃煤发电厂的黑启动电源,文章阐述了柴油发电机的选型要求并对现有技术规程中柴油发电机组的容量选择公式进行归纳,总结出一套简洁合理的发电机容量选择方案,即计算全部负载正常运行时的负荷容量、发电机短时过负荷能力及加载时允许的母线电压降进行选型,以校验尖峰时刻发电机容量需求及环境系数修正进行复核,并结合实际情况将该方案应用于3×150 MW燃煤发电厂柴油发电机组容量选择中,验证了该方案的合理性。
When the power grid system has been stopped due to the failure the recovery of whole power system can be realized through the proper black start-up model. Diesel generator units are often selected as the black start-up power of a coal-fired power plant. In this paper, the selection of the diesel generator is introduced, the capacity of the diesel generator unit is summarized and adjusted in present technical regulations. Finally, the brief and reasonable type-selecting scheme of generator capacity is summarized, which is built on the calculation of the load capacity while normal operation, the short-time overload capacity of generator and the permissible bus voltage drop while loading. The scheme is checked by the capacity requirement of generator in the peak time and the environmental coefficient modification. Combined with the actual situation, the new scheme is applied to the capacity selection of the diesel generator unit in 3×150MW coal-fired power plant, and the rationality of the scheme is verified.
