摘要
目的分析糖尿病护理管理中全程健康教育模式的作用。方法将100例糖尿病患者均分为对照组和观察组,各50例,两组均实施常规护理,观察组以此为基础应用全程健康教育模式,对比两组护理管理效果。结果经护理管理,观察组患者相关知识掌握评分、满意度评分和自我管理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病护理管理中应用全程健康教育模式,可获得满意效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of the whole course health education model in the nursing management of diabetes. Methods 100 cases of diabetic patients were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. Two groups were implemented routine care,the observation group as the basis in the application of the whole health education model,then compared the two groups of nursing management effect. Results After nursing management,the observation group of patients related knowledge mastery score,the score of satisfaction and self management ability were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the management of diabetes care in the whole process plus health education model,can obtain satisfactory results.
