摘要
目的研究肿瘤深部热疗联合羟考酮缓释片治疗骨转移癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的124例骨转移癌患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组各62例,观察各组生活质量、疼痛缓解及不良反应情况。结果观察组生活质量及痛疼缓解情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤深部热疗联合羟考酮缓释片治疗骨转移癌痛能缓解患者疼痛,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To study the tumor deep hyperthermia combined with sustained-release oxycodone tablets of clinical efficacy of bone metastasis of cancer pain. Methods Selected our hospital 124 cases of bone metastases in cancer patients as research subjects,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,62 patients in each group. Then to observe the quality of life,pain relief and adverse reactions. Results The quality of life and pain relief of the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,no significant difference between the two groups the incidence of adverse reactions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The tumor deep hyperthermia combined with oxycodone sustained release tablets in the treatment of bone metastases in patients with cancer pain can significantly relieve pain and improve patient quality of life.
