摘要
党的十八届三中全会《决定》中明确指出应从各层次各领域扩大公民有序政治参与,充分发挥我国社会主义政治制度优越性。大学生群体作为国家未来事业的继承人,积极理性的政治参与对推进我国政治文明有积极意义。本研究基于网络政治参与视角,对鄂西北四所高校大学生进行了抽样问卷与访谈相结合的调查。结果表明大学生对于网络政治信息关注度较高,但网络政治参与态度与行为却存在一些问题。由此本文针对这些问题提出对策建议,以期促进大学生政治参与的良性发展。
The decision＂ made in The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist pointed out clearly that we should expand the citizen’s orderly political participation in various fields from all levels and give full play to the superiority of socialist political system in China. College students,as the heirs of Chinese future career,their positive and rational political participation has a positive significance in promoting China’s political civilization. This study is about the survey conducted in four northwest universities by using a questionnaire and interviews from the perspective of online political participation and the results show that college students’ concern about the online political information is higher,but there are some problems in their participation attitude and behaviors. Thus this paper puts forward the countermeasures and gives suggestions so as to promote the college students’ political participation.
