摘要
经皮肾镜取石术中需持续高压灌注来维持术野清晰,易导致灌注液吸收,从而引发相应的术后并发症。本文就促进术中肾盂内高压发生的相关因素及肾盂内高压对机体的影响作一综述。
During the percutaneous nephrolithotomy, it is important to maintain high-pressure perfusion for clear vision. However, high-pressure perfusion may easily lead to the absorption of perfusion fluid and cause postoperative complications. This article reviewed relevant factors in increasing intrapelvic pressure and analyzed their effects during percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
