摘要
大学生在是我国社会群体的重要组成部分,是我国科技强国战略的主要人才来源,将要在我国社会经济建设中发挥生力军的力量,为国家富强,民族振兴做出自己的贡献。然而,部分"90"后大学生在离开校园走向社会生活的过程中,出现不适应的状况,反映出大学生抗挫折能力较为薄弱,心理教育有待加强的现象。文章通过分析大学生抗挫折能力薄弱的原因,提出了相应的教育对策,提升大学生的职前抗挫折能力,以促进大学生各方面能力的全面发展。
College students in an important part of social groups in China, is a major source of talent of science and technology of the country strategy, power will play a force in China's social and economic construction, for national prosperity, rejuvenation of the nation to make its own contribution. However, some of the "90" college students in the process of leaving the campus to the social life, the emergence of the situation is not suitable, reflecting the ability of college students to resist frustration is relatively weak, psychological eduoation needs to be strengthened. Based on the analysis of the causes of College Students' ability to resist frustration, this paper puts forward the corresponding educational measures to improve college students' ability of anti frustration, so as to promote the all-round develooment of College Students" abilitie.
