摘要
随着现代高通量测序技术的快速发展,在重要能源植物麻疯树中涌现出大量的序列信息,从而极大地促进了其分子生物学研究的进程。本研究从麻疯树分子生物学研究方法和研究结果比较分析的角度,回顾了近年来麻疯树种间与种内遗传多样性、遗传连锁图谱与QTL(quantitative trait loci)定位、基因组与转录组,以及遗传转化体系研究领域的最新研究进展,并对麻疯树分子生物学将来的发展进行了述评。
With the rapid development of the modern high-throughput sequencing technologies, a large number of sequence data have been appeared in an important energy plant of Jatropha curcas, and the process of molecular has been accelerated rapidly in molecular biology research of Jatropha curcas. In this paper, the comparative analysis of the research methods and the results of molecular biology research in Jatropha curcas were performed,and the recent progress of interspecific and intraspecific genetic diversity, genetic linkage map and QTL mapping,genome and transcriptome, and genetic transformation system in Jatropha curcas were reviewed. Finally, the future development of Jatropha curcas in molecular biology also was analyzed.
