摘要
针对某军用产品在35Cr3NiMoA合金表面磷化成膜困难这一问题,通过分析影响磷化膜质量的工艺参数、磷化液配方和材质等因素,简单分析该材料不容易成膜的原因,并以此为依据,通过反复试验,在不改变工艺路线的前提下,确定工艺方案,调整合理的工艺配方及工艺参数,解决特殊材质磷化膜成膜困难的问题。
To solve this problem that phosphating filming on 35Cr3NiMoA alloy surface is difficult, effect of process parameters, formulation of phosphating liquid and material on phosphating filming was investigated, reasons to cause this material filming difficulty were analyzed. Through tests, suitable process scheme was determined, the process parameters and the formulation were adjusted. The problem of phosphating filming difficulty on special material was solved.
