摘要
指出了锌合金压铸件电镀的特殊性。介绍了适用于锌合金压铸件的镀装饰铬工艺,其流程主要包括:超声波有机溶剂去油,浓硫酸除蜡油,稀酸活化,表面调整,氰化镀铜,焦磷酸盐镀铜,酸性光亮镀铜,光亮镀镍,镀铬,烘干,检验。给出了各工序的工艺条件、控制要点及常见故障的处理。
The particularities of electroplating on zinc alloy die castings were pointed out. A process for decorative chromium electroplating on zinc alloy die castings was introduced. The process flow mainly includes ultrasonic degreasing with organic solvent,dewaxing/degreasing with concentrated H2SO4,activating with dilute acid,surface conditioning,cyanide copper plating,pyrophosphate copper plating,acid bright copper plating,bright nickel plating,chromium plating,drying,and inspection. The technological conditions of individual procedure,key control points,and countermeasures for common troubles were given.
