摘要
目的 :探讨门诊药房药师对高血压患者进行强化用药指导的效果。方法 :选取近期到我院门诊西药房取药的120例高血压患者作为研究对象。按照这些患者挂号单编号的单双号将其分为常规组和加强组,每组各60例患者。为常规组患者进行常规用药指导,为加强组患者在进行常规用药指导的基础上进行强化用药指导。然后比较两组患者服药的依从性、血压控制的情况及并发症的发生情况。结果 :经过用药指导后,加强组患者服药的总依从率、血压控制的合格率、各种并发症的发生率均明显优于常规组患者,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :门诊药房药师对高血压患者进行强化用药指导能显著提高其用药的依从性,有利于控制其血压的水平,改善其预后。
objective： To observe the strengthen pharmacists guiding measures impact on outpatient medication compliance of hypertension patients. Methods： Divded our outpatient pharmacy into two groups according the number of windows. Divided into normal group and control group. Each selected 60 hypertension patients of outpatient pharmacy. Normal group were given routine medication guide, control group was given improved medication guidance measures. Compare the medical compliance, control of blood pressure and the complications. Results： The medical compliance（P0.05）, blood pressure control（P0.05）, and complications（P0.05） of the patients in control group is better than normal group. Conclusion： The strengthen guidelines measures can significantly improve the medical compliance, help keep blood pressure and reduce the rate of complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
