摘要 羟基磷灰石是一种生物活性材料,广泛地应用于生物医学、食品卫生、高效液相色谱等领域。主要介绍了羟基磷灰石在食品卫生方面的应用,探讨了其作用机理,并对在食品方面的应用作了展望。 Hydroxyapatite,known as an active biomaterial,is widely used in biomedicine,food hygiene andhigh performance liquid chromatographyareas. In this paper,the applications of hydroxyapatite in the field of food hygiene are reviewed.At the same time,the absorption mechanism of hydroxyapatite is summarized and the research tendency in this field is also pointed out.
