摘要
随着艾滋病(AIDS)抗病毒治疗的广泛应用,艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和AIDS病人的生存质量和寿命得到了提高。这导致HIV阳性父母对其未成年子女的告知成为一个迫切需要关注的问题。HIV阳性父母对其子女的告知受到父母和子女很多个体因素的影响,如性别、民族、年龄、收入、文化程度、父母的身体状况、儿童的认知发展阶段、家庭关系、社会观念等。文章综述了当前国际和国内HIV阳性父母对其子女告知研究的基本概况,包括告知/不告知对子女的心理影响,是否告知,如何告知等。在实践中,正确的告知对儿童的成长和家庭关系的处理有着积极的作用。
With the HIV/AIDS antiviral therapy widely used,people living with HIV/AIDS have improved their quality of life and increased their life span.This may bring about the issue of parental HIV disclosure to their children.The decision making of disclosure or non-disclosure was mainly affected by lots of individual factors,such as gender,nationality,age,income,education,health status,children＇s development,family relationship and stigma.This paper reviews the impacts of disclosure/non-disclosure,children＇s psychological well-being due to disclosure/non-disclosure,as well as the process of parental HIV disclosure.
