摘要
泡沫沥青制备器是生产泡沫沥青的专用设备。在分析泡沫沥青制备器功能的基础上,从人机工程学角度出发,对泡沫沥青制备器进行了整机造型。根据人体关键尺寸,结合泡沫沥青制备器操作过程,设计了泡沫沥青制备器控制柜及设备台。在对泡沫沥青制备器操作界面进行划分后,确定了操作界面上显示器及操纵器的类型及位置,进而完成了对泡沫沥青制备器的操作界面设计。最后对造型后的泡沫沥青制备器进行了实体建模,为后期的泡沫沥青制备器的实物组装提供依据。
Preparation is the production of foamed asphalt bitumen froth special equipment. Based on the analysis of foamed asphalt preparation functions on ergonomics from the perspective of foamed bitumen it was prepared by controlled cabinet design. Critical dimensions of the human body,combined with the preparation of foamed bitumen required for operator action,choose the form of the control cabinet,and determine the location of the structural dimensions of the control cabinet and various components. It is combined with Maslow ＂human needs theory＂analysis foamed asphalt preparation interface design elements,from the＂meet the user experience,＂the perspective of the user interface design. Finally,after the design of the control cabinet solid modeling,preparation for the post-bubble pitch control cabinet assembly is provided in-kind basis.
