摘要
以沥青发泡试验数据为依据,以膨胀率和半衰期为评价指标,通过多维建模、曲线投影、数据拟合、系统辨识等方法建立了沥青温度、加水量、喷射压力这3个参数变量之间的函数关系,解决了沥青发泡装置控制系统开发面临的多个参数变量协调的难题,为该控制系统开发奠定了理论基础,也为泡沫沥青的质量控制研究提供了新思路.
Abstract: Based on the experimental data, taking expansion rate and half-life as evaluation indexes, the correlation function of asphalt temperature, water dosage and spray pressure is established by method of multi-dimensional modeling, curve projecting, data fitting and system identification. This solves the coor- dination problem of multi-parameters in the development process of asphalt foam control system. The function is the theoretical foundation for the study of asphalt foam control system. It also provides new ideas for the study of quality control of asphalt foam.
