摘要
企业所在连锁董事网络的位置是影响企业创新战略程度的关键因素。文章以3年为时间窗口构建2011-2013年期间高新技术企业以连锁董事为关系的网络,利用社会网络分析方法获取网络位置相关指标,通过MATLAB编程获得BP神经网络模型,并用该模型来研究网络位置与企业创新战略程度之间的关系。研究结果表明:中间中心度和接近中心度对企业创新战略程度有正向影响,而程度中心度对企业创新战略程度有负向影响;接近中心度、程度中心度、中间中心度对创新战略程度的影响幅度依次减小。
The location of an enterprise in interlock directorship networks is a key factor affecting the degree of innovation strategies. This paper builds a network of high-tech enterprises based on the relationship of interlocking directorates from 2011 to 2013, gains relevant indicators of network location using the method of social network analysis, obtains BP neural net- work model through MATLAB programming, and applies this model to study the relationship between enterprise network loca- tion and the degree of innovation strategies. The result shows that betweenness centrality and closeness centrality have positive impacts on the degree of innovation strategies, but point centrality has a negative impact on the degree of innovation strate- gies; The magnitude of closeness centrality, point centrality and betweenness centrality affecting the degree of innovation strategies decreases gradually.
